In 1990, a lost camera from Nine Inch Nail’s “Down In It” video shoot was found by a farmer, who turned it in to the police. The footage was mistaken for a snuff film and investigated by the FBI for 1 year. After the mistery was solved and Trent Reznor, NIN’s frontman, heard about it, he commented: “I felt kinda good that the police made idiots of themselves”.
